HOW IT WORKS!
The fundraiser can be set up for the ENTIRE SEASON or just a SPECIFIC DATE. Your organization will receive a unique PROMO CODE to share with family, friends, and supporters.
FOR YOUR SUPPORTERS
- The Promo code provides a 5% discount on individual ticket purchases made online.
FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
- Will earn a 10% commission on all online ticket sales made using your promo code.
⚠️ Important: The promo code must be entered in the “Promo Code” box at checkout. Purchases without the code will not count toward your fundraiser, and we cannot retroactively apply the code or issue refunds.

🗓️ Codes expire December 1st!
At the end of the season, we’ll calculate your total proceeds and issue a check to your organization by mid-December. Please ensure your organization has a valid bank account, as checks will be made out to the organization—not individuals.

- Promo code can NOT be used with other promo codes/discounts
Taxes and processing fees apply to each order.
The promo code will NOT be accepted at the farm entrance.
- The promo code does NOT apply to packages (please add activities seperately).
- The promo code does NOT apply to gift cards, season passes, food or merchandise.
