Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Individual Tickets

All ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Guests who need to reschedule or cancel their visit, may do so via our Self-Rescheduling/Cancellation Reservation System. To make changes, click on the reservation confirmation email that was received after booking and follow the instructions. Guests who need to cancel will receive a Hellerick's Family Farm GIFT CARD that can be used for a future visit. The Gift Card has NO expiration. Guests who miss their reservation time, do not reschedule or contact us, will be considered a NO SHOW, and will NOT receive a Gift Card. Individual Ticket Self-Rescheduling/Cancellation per Activity:

Adventure Farm (General Admission): Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up 2 hours before reservation time.

Aerial Adventure Park: Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up to 2 hours before reservation time.

Silo Climbing Wall: Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up to 2 hours before reservation time.

Mini Golf: Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up to 2 hours before reservation time.

Goat Yoga: Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up to 12 hours before reservation time.

Goat Experience: Cancellation 12 hours before reservation time/Reschedule up to 2 hours before reservation time.

Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties are required to pay for the party at the time of booking. In the event of inclement weather and the party cannot be rescheduled, 100% of the price of the party will be REFUNDED to the credit card used for booking the party.  If the party needs to be cancelled for any other reason besides weather, the guest will receive a Hellerick’s Family Farm GIFT CARD to be used for a future visit. The Gift Card has NO expiration. Guests who miss their reservation time and do not contact us will be considered a NO SHOW and will NOT receive a Gift Card. Groups

Groups will be contacted 7 days prior to their reservation date to review the minimum number of guests in their group attending. At that time, we will take a deposit which is equivalent to ½ of the minimum number stated. For example…the group organizer indicates they have 40 guests in their group, we will take a deposit for the 20 guests. The day of the visit, the group organizer will pay for the remaining guests in the group. If less than the 20 guests show up on the day of the event, there will be NO REFUND for less than the 20 guests paid for in the deposit.  In the event of inclement weather, and the group cannot reschedule, they will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Groups who miss their reservation time and do not contact us will be considered a NO SHOW and will NOT receive a GIFT CARD or a REFUND. We may be contacted at 215-766-8388 or info@hellericksfarm.com

Schools

Schools will be contacted 7 days prior to their reservation date to review the estimated number of students in their group attending. We will NOT be taking a deposit, and the School Trip organizer will pay for the number of guests attending on the day of their visit unless other arrangements have been made.
