Come to Hellerick's Family Farm to experience our farm to table dinner. All meats and produce for the dinner are locally sourced. The dinner is presented by award winning Chef Barry Sexton, who uses his culinary skills to create an incredible menu that will create an evening and experience to remember. Details and menu below:

Lemonade Mojitos with Hellerick’s Farm fresh raspberries

1st Course

Chilled “Green Soul” Vegetarian Vichyssoise

melted leeks, roasted garlic, green beans, broccoli leaves & collard-turnip greens goat cheese crème fraiche

2nd Course

Cumin Spiced Beef Roast

roast corn, carrot & red beans, chipotle mole & pioppino mushrooms

3rd Course

Grilled- BBQ Chicken Skewers

roast vegetable hash & whole grain mustard pickled cucumbers
